Bug Week at World of Country Life

Join World of Country Life over May half term as we celebrate all things insect!

Angus loves creepy crawlies, so we’re spending a whole week celebrating these marvellous minibeasts!

Our Incredible Insects trail will be available from Saturday 23rd to Sunday 31st May to raise money for Hospiscare – pick up your trail sheet for £1 at reception, find all the answers, and claim your prize!

Plus, on Sunday 24th, Monday 25th, and Sunday 31st May, we’ll have some brilliant bug crafts available to make! Drop in sessions will be from 11am-12pm and 3pm-4pm.

We’ll also have Meet the Minibeasts sessions on Tuesday 26th, Wednesday 27th, and Thursday 28th May, at 11am and 2:30pm, where you can get introduced to some of the wonderful wildlife we have on the park.

To raise even more money for Hospiscare, our resident face painter will be setting up shop on Monday 25th and Wednesday 27th May from 2:30pm each day, so get your bug on with a beautiful butterfly or sensational spider, or even get a bug-themed glitter tattoo! Face painting and glitter tattoos are free, but any donations to Hospiscare are greatly appreciated.
