Hat or Lemon, situated on The Beacon in the historic Manor Hotel, will satisfy your every desire.

Cocktails and wine are our speciality, our ever changing menus are always comprised of the best beverages in the local area. If you don’t find our 30+ cocktail menu to your liking we are more than happy to make your request on-the-fly should we have the ingredients.
