The Swallows is an exclusive Georgian town house offering a peaceful stay in an adults only bed and breakfast for specifically for couples/ singles with all the home from home comforts. The seafront is only 300 yards away and the town centre is less than a five minute easy walk.

Exmouth is located in East Devon just off the M5. With it’s three miles of sandy beach, great restaurants and pubs, the south west coastal path, train links, river and coastal cruises, bird watching, National Trust properties, water sports and safe cycling paths, there’s always something to do for everyone , whatever the time of year.

The Swallows also makes an ideal base for exploring the city of Exeter (just 10 miles to the north by car, bus or train), Sidmouth, Budliegh Salterton and beyhond , the beauty of Woodbury Common or Devon’s two National Parks – Dartmoor and Exmoor.

We are both from a nursing/care home background and decided in 2021 that we fancied a change and running a B&B seemed like the obvious choice as we love meeting people and ensuring they are well looked after.
