Fairlawn Annexe has everything required for a relaxing stay in the beautiful estuary village of Lympstone.

Set between the city of Exeter and the golden sandy beaches of Exmouth with easy access to the estuary cycle path which connects both.

The accommodation has a double bed, flat screen TV, WiFi, a kitchenette with fridge freezer, induction hob and combination oven. There is also a large separate shower room and free parking for one vehicle.

The village of Lympstone itself is situated on the main bus route with regular buses to Exeter bus station and beyond. There is also a railway station with frequent trains into Exeter and beyond.

Useful to know:

Road Directions: From the A376 travelling towards Exmouth turn right at the traffic lights by the Saddlers Public House. Then proceed through the village for approx ½ mile before taking the fourth turning on the right into Strawberry Hill. For Fairlawn Annexe approx. 500 mtrs up Strawberry hill take the left turn into a small unmarked lane. The property is along the lane on the right hand side.
Pricing: The property is priced at £90 per night for one or two persons for a minimum of two nights.
