This is a free community event brought to you by Sideshore, Sea Swim Devon and Exmouth Beach Rescue Club

Join us for The Big Dip on Sunday 29th March to celebrate the start of spring.

• Swim or dip
• Update on the South West Water legal action
• Community catch up
• Hot drinks and refreshments – all proceeds support The Sideshore Project – Education over 1000 children about water safety and helping to reduce the risk of water related fatalities

Please Note: 

The water will still be cold at this time of year so please bring dry robes, towels, hot water bottles, gloves and hats to warm up after your dip.

No neoprene does not make you a wimp – you do you!

Safety cover is provided by our lovely friends at Exmouth Beach Rescue  but please swim within your limits and be mindful of the conditions.
