International Jazz and Blues Festival at Sidmouth

In 2026 for evening concerts gates will open from 6:00pm (potentially earlier) and daytime performances (Sat 23 – Mon 25 May) gates will open from 10.00am with performances from 11.00am each day.

Join us for the fifth Sidmouth International Jazz & Blues Festival taking place from Friday 22 to Monday 25 May 2026, across the end of the May bank holiday weekend.

Set within the stunning and intimate surroundings of Blackmore Gardens, a beautiful walled space in the heart of Sidmouth. The festival’s main performance stage is easily accessible and within walking distance of most town centre car parks.

Our on-site amenities within Blackmore Gardens include: A full bar managed by the award-winning Branscombe Brewery, serving a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks. Picnic benches will be available for relaxing with friends and family, high-quality trailer toilet facilities, plus accessible toilets and designated disabled viewing area.

Our dedicated team of trained security personnel ensuring the safety of all guests (please note bag checks will be in operation) and our friendly volunteers are always on hand to help with any queries to ensure you have the most enjoyable and safe experience.

Just outside Blackmore Gardens at Peacock Lawn, discover the Soul Food and Love Local Stage—showcasing exciting local talent. While you’re there, grab a bite to eat from one of our fantastic Soul Food vendors before heading into the main arena.
