Exmouth Winter Festival at Strand Exmouth

Exmouth Town Council is delighted to announce the return of its much-loved Winter
Festival — a joyful celebration of festive cheer and community spirit.

This year’s event marks the official switching-on of the town’s Christmas tree lights,
featuring live performances, walkabout entertainers, and a magical lantern parade. The
festival also aims to encourage residents and visitors to support Exmouth’s fantastic range of
shops and local businesses throughout the festive season, many of which will be staying
open late for the occasion.

The lantern parade, led by the Little Big Horns, will leave Holy Trinity Church at 5.20pm,
making its way down Rolle Street, through the Magnolia Centre, along The Parade, and into
The Strand at around 5.45pm.

At the end of the evening, the Mayor of Exmouth will switch on the Christmas tree lights,
marking the official start of the festive season.
